I just got off the phone with my mother. I told her of our good amnio results (whew). She then told me to "put some red string on my bra." I was maybe expecting something else to come out of her mouth but that was it.
"Why?" I asked.
"It's a kine-ahora. You know when someone tells you that you look nice but they really are thinking something awful? It's for that."
