Random Thought
So I'm sitting in the baby's room with a cuppa coffee by my side, my laptop tuned to emailing people and the TV quietly on in the background. I haven't really been watching TV but I've been listening to it. So today I started mindlessly singing along to some Charmin Ultra commercial ("less is more...") and that's when I started to lose it. Ok, I'm not in the advertising biz but I think I could have done a better job with this than the current ad. Maybe you've seen it? It's a cartoon of bears in the woods using toilet paper as they poop behind trees. They're dancing and singing about how they use less toilet paper than the other brand (because we all know that bears are on a budget and don't really have a lot of money for the more expensive rolls.) There's also a related ad circulating with a little bear asking the daddy bear about toilet paper. My favorite part is when the bear hands a roll to another bear. Anyway, a couple of things here. Bears are scary creatures. They don't dance and sing. They also don't give a shit (sorry) about what the other brand is doing. Also, THEY DON'T USE TOILET PAPER.
That's all I'm sayin'.
